Well, hah.

I've lost count of the number of fools - Ackerman, Goodstein, the entire "ScienceBlogs" crew - who have stamped their feet and said "There's no such thing as a 'business as usual' scenario in the IPCC!  Lomborg is lying!  WAAAH!"

Well, today in Nature, Lomborg appears to be vindicated.  I'm homing in on this paragraph.

The USGS studies relied on general circulation model (GCM)-projected losses of Arctic sea ice based on the Special Report on Emissions Scenarios (SRES) A1B ‘business as usual’ greenhouse gas emissions scenario.
Well, ha-ha.  The A1B scenario that Lomborg calls "business-as-usual".
